AGENDA TIMING:
- Wednesday, April 29 | ECFC Member Meeting Day 1: Breakfast and check-in will be available 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. A full day of programming begins at 9:00 AM, includes lunch, and concludes with an evening welcome reception, featuring welcome comments, and heavy appetizers and drinks for those who wish to join in place of dinner.

AIRPORTS & GROUND TRANSPORTATION
From Reagan National Airport (DCA): Westin Alexandria Old Town is approximately 5 miles south. Depending on when you land and traffic, approximate drive time is about 8-10 minutes. Taxi fares and Uber/Lyft fares are approximately $25 one way depending on time of day and traffic. Please allow more travel time if you land during morning and evening high traffic patterns. From Dulles International (IAD): Westin Alexandria Old Town is approximately 33 miles northwest. from the airport. Depending on when you land and traffic, approximate drive time is about 45 minutes. Taxi fares and Uber/Lyft fares are $50-60 one way depending on time of day and traffic. Please allow more travel time if you land during morning and evening high traffic patterns. From Union Station: The Hotel AKA Alexandria is approximately 14 miles from Union Station. Approximate drive time depending on time of day and traffic is 30 minutes. The closest metro station to The Westin Alexandria Old Town is the King Street-Old Town Metro Station, located approximately three blocks away. This station serves the Blue and Yellow lines and also offers a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel.

ONSITE MASKING CONSIDERATIONS
Our community partners remind us that collective well‑being starts with community care. While current Virginia Department of Health and CDC guidance does not require masks, you are welcome to wear one at any time. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the ECFC registration desk if needed. Choose what feels right for you, and thank you for helping keep our gathering safe and respectful.
WEATHER & DRESS CODE
In late April, the average high temperature for DC is 71°F and the average low is 52°F. Hotel meeting rooms are usually cool, so you might want to bring a light jacket or sweater to wear during the meeting.
ECFC does not have a dress code for in-person meetings. We encourage you to dress for your own comfort, and at recent ECFC meetings, this has ranged from jeans to business casual. Choose whatever makes you feel most at ease and professional in our meeting space.
