WEPOWER and the Gateway Early Childhood Alliance in Missouri advocated with the St. Louis city council and secured $5.6 million in local ARPA funds to implement a new TEACH and WAGES program for the local child care workforce. WEPOWER has many different leadership tracks for community members to get involved, learn, and grow as leaders. They the Power Building Academy, Chisholm's Chair, WEPOWER Accelerator, WEPOWER capital, Kiva Hub, and ELEVATE ESTL.
