This year marks the launch of ECFC’s new five-year strategic plan, which will guide our work through 2028. The plan has taken shape in partnership with membership through an in-depth process of member inquiry and engagement via multiple channels in 2022. The plan articulates a framework for learning, connecting, and catalyzing action (as individuals, in your home institutions, and as a national collaborative) centered around bold racial equity and justice principles.
