We could be on the precipice of transformational policies and investments in young children. We have seen from recent experience how state capacity has been strained by new funding and program parameters. How can ECFC’s national and place-based funders work together to build state capacity and support the equitable implementation of those policies and programs? What are we learning from the American Rescue Plan implementation? This funder peer discussion explored our role in building state capacity for implementation of federal policy.
