1 in 4 Project, December 2025 Strategy Session

Funders are invited to join the next strategy session for Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrant and Refugee’s (GCIR) 1 in 4 Project strategy session.
The 1 in 4 Project helps coordinate current and emerging philanthropic efforts to support the work of organizations mobilizing to protect the rights of immigrant children and their families.
In our next and final strategy session for the year, we will be joined by leading narrative practitioners engaged in storytelling about the role and experience of immigrant children and their families in the United States. We’ll create space for funder discussion about how grantmaking can leverage narrative strategies to contribute to the health, wellbeing, and inclusion of children in immigrant households.

This session is open to staff of philanthropic organizations and philanthropic advisors. GCIR is managing event registrations. ECFC members whose email addresses or organization name does not match your ECFC member organization should indicate in registration that you are an ECFC member to expedite registration approval.
Who may attend:
Staff and board members of foundations, corporate-giving programs, philanthropic consultancies, affinity groups, and invited governmental grantmaking agencies.
