FrameWorks Institute and Leading for Kids published Collective Caregiving: A Frame for Talking About What Kids and Families Need to Thrive, a guide about framing a narrative that will build demand for communities, environments, and systems that allow every child to thrive.  Redefining care as a collective endeavor—one that requires everyone, is for everyone, and involves every aspect of life—will help move the narrative and build support for policies that improve outcomes for kids.
